Letter from the President

“For such a time as this…” (Esther 4:14)

Bible students are aware of the many men and women God has used throughout the ages to accomplish His will and purpose. Each has been raised up “for such a time as this.” He raised up judges to deliver His people from oppression. He raised up Esther to save His people from destruction. He raised up the prophets to deliver His message to Israel. And, in the fullness of time, God gave His only beloved Son that man might be redeemed from sin and His ultimate purpose be enacted.

Through the years we have watched God use this organization to help preserve freedoms and liberties in Pennsylvania’s churches, schools, and families; to promote quality in the education programs of our schools; and to help and encourage those in need. Whether in 1974 at its inception, or in the years present and future, KCEA has existed and continues to exist “for such a time as this.”

I urge you to pray for KCEA, its staff and Board, as well as its participating schools and supporting churches.

With that prayer request it should be obvious that KCEA does not consist only of those who labor faithfully in the Harrisburg office. KCEA is much more than that. It includes each person and ministry in our movement who is in doctrinal agreement with the historic fundamentals of the faith who is committed to the cause of Christ and the furtherance of Christian education.

We are living in perilous, yet strategic, times. As we work together, we can make an impact — we can make a difference. We are here “for such a time as this.”

Sincerely in Christ,

Thomas C. Coleman, President
